Question: What if I forget my password?

Answer: Fill in your user ID and press the button for "Forget your password ?". You will receive your log in information by E-mail.

Question: What if I forget my E-mail ID/user ID?

Answer: If your profile is in the operational database you can search your profile through Search Affiliate Database to confirm your User ID. Otherwise, please send E-mail to the webmaster.

Question: Can I change my password?

Answer: No, you can't change your password. In case you forget your password you can get it back after pressing "Password Reminder" button

Question: Can I change my E-mail address?

Answer: Yes, in case you want to change your User ID/E-mail ID please go to Change E-mail address link on the top of the page. It will ask your last user ID and password to verify the change.

Question: What does "Keep me signed in for 7 days" means?

Answer: The browser will remember your password for 7 days. In case you log in during that time, your password will be remembered for another 7 days starting the day of recent log in. It will expire if you do not log in for 7 days. The option is disabled if the box is unchecked. It is recommended to uncheck the button if on shared computer

Question: Will my password be remembered in every browser?

Answer: No only the used browser will remember the password in case of successful login.

Question: What does the sign means next to text?

Answer: It is for help. You can take your mouse over to the sign and it will show help information.
